PB Devco and its associated venues will not be liable for failure to provide advertised services in the following circumstances; a) destruction or damage to the venue, b) industrial action by employees, or staff of a major supplier, c) any other matter out with their control.

PB Devco will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of belongings that may occur within the venues.


By law, all of PB Devco venues are non-smoking. Any persons caught smoking on the premises will be removed and receive a fine.


PB Devco has a zero tolerance regarding drug use on the premises and any person caught using or in possession of drugs will be reported to the police.


The management teams of PB Devco venues reserve the right of admission at all times. The following PB Devco venues are over 18s venues: Babylon, College, 21 Crimes, Queen Vic, Soul Casino, and The Howff. The following venues allow under 18s on the premises until 8pm if they are accompanied by an adult and are having a meal: Soul, The Bieldside Inn (restaurant area only) and Vovem Meat & Liquor. The management and licensed security door stewards have complete authority to deny access or evict any customer they feel is under the influence of too much alcohol, underage, or of an undesirable nature to be within the venue. These decisions are final and non-negotiable.

The details you use to register your card will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and 2011, and GDPR REGULATION (EU) 2016/679. Soul will not send you any unsolicited marketing. Soul is committed to keeping your personal information confidential and safe; we do not share your information with any third parties unless you have agreed otherwise, however we may disclose your personal information where we are required or permitted to do so by law or to protect or enforce our rights. Soul is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen cards, and cards cannot be replaced. Soul reserves the right to cancel the Soul Rewards programme at any time, or cancel cards if it appears the card is being used in any other way other than which the scheme was intended. Soul reserves the right to change, limit, add or delete any part of the scheme offers, benefits, rewards, terms or conditions, in whole or in part at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. In all matters, all Soul staff decisions regarding cards are final and cannot be contested. The cardholder agrees to accept such decisions. All important notices will be communicated at, or to cardholders via email if they have signed up for email updates. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to ensure their email address has been provided at if they wish to receive email updates on the Soul Rewards programme. Soul accepts no responsibility if emails have not been received by cardholders or for any delay in delivery due to technical disruption or other reasons. Should the Soul Rewards scheme be unable to operate as intended, for reasons out with Soul’s control, Soul reserves the right to cancel or modify the scheme.
